Here at  Ancient Adornments, we offer safe and welcoming professional ear piercings for children aged 6 and older. We believe that you should only trust trained professionals to pierce your child’s ears, and with decades of piercing experience we can assure you that they will be in great hands.

 We understand that getting your ears pierced can be quite a daunting feeling for a child so our friendly professionals will create a fun and non-threatening environment for them. We recognize that every child is different and aim to craft an experience that suits the individual.We have many different breathing and calming techniques to make this an easy experience for your child.

Getting your ears pierced is a special moment in life, so it’s important to us that your child feels comfortable and in control of the process. We always seek the consent of the child throughout the procedure, and we are honest about the process, so that they leave their appointment feeling empowered by a positive experience they won’t forget.

Here at Ancient Adornments we only use individual single-use, sterilized, professional piercing needles for all piercings - never piercing guns. This makes for a much less painful piercing and cleaner procedure, that will also heal a lot easier. We have a huge range of safe, implant grade titanium and solid 14k gold body jewellery for all styles, preferences, and to suit school uniform codes. Jewellery can also be worn at all times including sleeping and swimming. We only stock jewellery from the world’s leading body jewellery manufacturers, who use all certified materials so you can have the confidence that it is hypoallergenic and safe for even the most sensitive skin.

Children’s ear piercings are performed individually or in tandem if requested for an additional fee, with two piercers who do the piercings simultaneously. This makes for a faster and more pleasant experience. We will also provide gentle and simple aftercare instructions and everything your child needs to ensure their piercings heal smoothly, and of course we’ll always be here to assist should any issues arise.
